Arsenal are close to completing their first summer signing,as Granit Xhaka flew to London Colney on Friday for a medical and agree personal terms on his move.
Arsenal has been in negotiation with Borussia Monchegladbach all week.Arsenal initial bid was 20m Euros,but the German club wanted 30m Euros for the midfielder but the negotiation turned out good and his transfer will confirmed next week..
With the departure of Mathieu Flamini,Tomas Rosicky and Mikel Arteta,Xhaka presence will bring quality to the Arsenal midfield which struggled last season after Santi Carzola knee ligament injury.
Wenger will look at signing a new striker as prepares for next season.
